Mechanical Mixing Leach Tank Use
It applies to mechanical mixing equipment needed in the leaching, neutralization, washing, replacement and cleaning processes of hydrometallurgy. According to the size of ore, leaching time, liquid solid ratio of leaching ore slurry and mixing intensity, the number of blade can be divided into single slurry and slurry. The leaf forms can be divided into flat paddle type, anchor type, rotary propeller type and turbine type. The material of mixing tank is decided according to the extraction solvent. Acid dip tank is carbon steel or stainless steel tank. Acid leaching carbon steel tank is lined with bricks, rubbers, plastics, rubber lining of slurry mixing, epoxy glass steel or stainless steel, all of which are selected and specified by the user in ordering.
